SRPP advised dtac TriNet on THB 10 billion financing

SRPP represented dtac TriNet Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Access Communication Plc (dtac), on a credit facility of THB 6,000 million from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and THB 7,000 million from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bangkok Branch. The purpose of the loan is for the repayment of dtac Trinet's obligations under existing debentures and for general corporate purposes.

The transaction is led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner), Viparvee Chaemchaeng (Associate), and Patchara Hotriem (Associate).
