SRPP is proud to have acted as the Thai legal advisor to UL Solutions Inc., a global leader in applied safety science, on the acquisition of the electrical and electronics (E&E) business of Eurofins Scientific SE. Eurofins’ E&E business offers product testing, compliance, and certification services for a wide range of electrical and electronics products such as electromagnetic compatibility and wireless testing, electrical safety, medical devices and other technologies. The acquisition expands UL Solutions’ global network, adding laboratories and accreditations in EMEA, Asia, and the United States.


Led by Latham & Watkins (London) LLP, who acted as the international deal counsel for this transaction; where, we, SRPP, provided comprehensive legal support and assistance to closing of the transaction from the Thai law perspective, including advising and offering creative solutions on corporate governance issues, conducting customary searches, and assisting with registrations, to ensure a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved.
