On August 17, 2026, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner and a leading legal specialist, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Legal Obligations and Duties for Directors” as part of the Director Accreditation Program (DAP) - In-house Program for Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), organised by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD).

The In-house DAP Program for AOT was held on August 17-18, 2026, at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, bringing together senior executives and directors from AOT and its affiliated companies. The programme brought together senior executives responsible for business development, finance, human resources, digital technology, airport operations and other key functions, as well as directors of AOT’s affiliated companies.

The DAP Program provides directors and senior executives with essential knowledge of directors’ roles, legal duties and liabilities, and good corporate governance practices, supporting effective and compliant corporate decision-making.
