ATC Enviro Company Limited

     Advising ATCE, MRS and PPS in relation to the refinancing facility of ATCE granted by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and TMBThanachart BANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (TTB) for its solar farm businesses in Thailand. The financing combine three transactions : (i) refinancing of ATCE, (ii) restatement of credit facility granted by KBANK to MRS having TTB as a new lender and (iii)  various security documents and finance documents for pooling of assets of PPS to secure both loans of ATCE and MRS.
