Panuwat was invited to deliver a lecture on AC701 at Thammasat University for the eighth consecutive year

On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, was once again invited to share his insights with the 22nd cohort of Master of Accounting students in the AC701 course, “Accounting Implications for Business Integration,” at Thammasat University. His continued involvement - now for the eighth consecutive year - highlights his long-standing commitment to fostering future business leaders.
This year, Panuwat’s lecture explored the critical roles of legal due diligence and legal documentation in deals and closing, crucial topics at the heart of modern business integration. Through actual cases and his wealth of experience, he demonstrated how to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering perspectives that are both practical and globally relevant to students.
The session effectively generated engaging discussions, expanding students’ academic understanding while also providing tools to make more informed and strategic business decisions in their future careers.
