Advising Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. ("CPG") on a Baht 33,417,000,000 and USD 925,000,000 credit facilities with The Siam Commercial Bank PCL as mandated lead arranger, facility agent and onshore security agent together with 15 other Thai and non-Thai syndicated banks for the purpose of refinancing CPG’s existing facility agreement and financing CPG’s investment in its group companies and ongoing projects including, amongst others, the Wondrouz Pattaya real estate project, the CP medical center project in Bangna and the Chula mixed use real estate project.

Nomura Special Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Advising Nomura Special Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. on a S$30,000,000 facility granted to Digile Pte. Ltd. for the purpose of acquiring shares in three target companies i.e., Digile Technologies Pte. Ltd., Innopia Global Pte. Ltd. and Reveron Consulting Pte. Ltd. SRPP Ltd. also assisted Nomura Special Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. on the drafting, negotiating and finalizing of the Thai share pledges over the shares in Innopia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Blue Dot Consulting Co., Ltd., which are the subsidiaries of Innopia Global Pte. Ltd.

Univenture Capital One Company Limited

Advising Univenture Capital One Company Limited, a subsidiary company which is 100 % held by the Univentures Public Company Limited, in the acquisition of 60% shares in Patana Intercool Co., Ltd. ("PIC"), a manufacturer of commercial refrigerators for various businesses and industries with a vast experience of more than 30 years, at a purchase price Baht 560 million and in a land acquisition by PIC at a price of not exceeding Baht 220 million. The land acquisition is considered as a part of the shares acquisition transaction.

Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited

Advising Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited on a Baht 3,980,000,000 credit facility granted to Charoen Pokphand Holding Company Limited for its investment in Asia Era One Company Limited, in the form of equity injection to develop the high-speed train project linking three major airports in Thailand i.e., Don Mueang International Airport, Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and U-Tapao International Airport. This high-speed train project is one of the Thai government's public private partnership fast track infrastructure projects designed to improve the economic foundation of Thailand by transitioning it into a high technology economy.

dtac TriNet Co., Ltd.

Representing dtac TriNet Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Access Communication Plc (dtac), on a Baht 6,000 million credit facility from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and Baht 7,000 million from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bangkok Branch. The purpose of the loan is for repayment of dtac Trinet's obligations under existing debentures and for general corporate purposes.
