The joint venture of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited with Palate Mojo Co., Ltd., Heritage Estates Company Limited and Alma SRL Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana for a new type food school and incubation center.
SRPP advised Dusit Thani created two joint venture companies to conduct a new type food school and incubation center in CBD Bangkok.
The joint venture is with Palate Mojo Co., Ltd., Heritage Estates Company Limited and Alma SRL Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana.
The transaction is led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natira Siripun (Senior Associate), Chalida Siriyakorn (Associate) and Pakjira Promkasetrin (Associate).
