   Advising News Network Corporation Public Company Limited (NEWS) on the acquisition of 40% shares in Wealth Ventures Co., Ltd., operating Mercure Bangkok Makkasan Hotel in Thailand with the transaction value of THB 560 million.

Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited (EP/EPCO) 


   Advising Eternity Power Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited (formerly known as Eastern Printing Public Company Limited) in its disposal of shares in Solar Power Management (Thailand) Company Limited holding the shares in 2 solar power projects in Vietnam, i.e. Xuan Tho 1 and Xuan Tho 2 projects with the total capacity of 99.216 MW., with the transaction value of THB 1,259 million.
