The Joint Venture between GPSC and PTT in relation to the New Energy Business

SRPP advised Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited in relation to joint venture with PTT Public Company Limited to establish Global Renewable Power Company Limited (“GRP”) to conduct new energy business with the goal of 8 gigawatts within 2030.


The transaction is led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natira Siripun (Senior Associate) and Thannawat Apitukkakul (Associate)
