SRPP advised GMM Grammy Public Company Limited through its subsidiary, O Shopping Company Limited, in relation to joint venture with Rojukiss International Public Company Limited to establish a joint venture company to conduct the development and marketing of health supplement and skincare products through multi distribution channels e.g. direct-to-consumer platform or media commerce platform.
