SRPP Ltd., represented the owners of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Capella Bangkok, the 5 stars luxury hotels in Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River on the financing transactions.
SRPP Ltd., represented Urban Resort Hotel Company Limited (“URH”), the owner and operator of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Waterfront Hotel Co., Ltd. (“WFH”), the owner and operator of Capella Bangkok on their financing transactions from TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited. Both hotels are part of the luxury mixed- use project “Chao Phraya Estate” owned by Country Group Development Public Company Limited located on Bangkok’s last remaining waterfront plot encompasses over 14 acres (35-2-68 rai) of prime land along Chao Phraya River. The project is comprising of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chaophraya River, Capella Hotel Bangkok and Four Seasons Private Residences.
The transactions worth THB 1,600,000,000 (approximately USD 49,000,000) and THB 1,420,000,000 (approximately USD 44,000,000) respectively. The purpose of these transactions are for URH and WFH to refinance the existing shareholder loans which were granted to URH and WFH with regard to the construction of the hotels.
The transactions are led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner), Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong (Associate) and Patchara Hotriem (Associate).
