SRPP Advises Mr. Chaval Jiaravanon on the Proposed Disposition of GUPAY Co., Ltd. to Techlead NPN Public Company Limited

SRPP is honoured to have been entrusted by Mr. Chaval Jiaravanon to serve as legal counsel in connection with the disposition of his shares in GUPAY Co., Ltd. to Techlead NPN Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI). GUPAY is known for its e-wallet platform and software development capabilities. This strategic transaction marks Techlead NPN’s expansion into the digital financial services sector and reflects the ongoing momentum in the fintech industry.


SRPP provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the share purchase agreement and a software development services agreement between GUPAY and a Singapore-based provider. We also participated in negotiations with all key stakeholders and advised on risk mitigation strategies arising from the terms of the agreements.


This engagement highlights SRPP’s continued dedication to delivering strategic, business-oriented legal advice in M&A transactions, particularly in the rapidly evolving fintech and technology sectors.
