SRPP advised Thai Digital Energy Development Company Limited, a joint venture between BCPG Public Company Limited and PEA Encom International Co., Ltd., on entering into a facility agreement and other security agreements with KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited for the financing of 10.7 MW Solar Rooftop Projects located on the rooftops of buildings at Chiang Mai University, with a transaction value of THB 240,157,000.
The project of this solar roof aims to promote the use of renewable energy by selling electricity to Chiangmai University and to collaborate with the university by bringing innovation to help driving the university's Smart City-Clean Energy project as well as creating a society of wisdom and sustainable development for the community.
