SRPP Masterclass proudly presents an exclusive and immersive full-day training session on ‘Acquisition Finance’. This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of financial methods and capital access for mergers and acquisitions. The program aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals involved in contract negotiations for financing. Additionally, the course emphasizes document management, negotiation techniques, and selecting appropriate loan types for business acquisitions.
Leading the training session is Khun Passawan Navanithikul, founding partner at SRPP. With over 24 years of experience in finance, banking, financial structuring, business acquisitions, debt restructuring, and general trade agreements, Khun Passawan Navanithikul is an expert in acquisition finance.
