SRPP Hosts Exclusive In-House Seminar on Behavioral Perspectives on Thailand's Competition Restrictions, Featuring Expert Insights from Ms. Aramsri Rupan, Former Commissionner of the TCCT

SRPP demonstrated our commitment to client education by hosting an exclusive, complimentary training session on September 27, 2024. The seminar, titled Mastering Competition Law: Behavioral Perspectives on Thailand's Competition Restrictions, was held at the prestigious Emporium Suites by Chatrium Hotel, showcasing SRPP's dedication to providing top-tier learning experiences for our clients and team members.


The speaker for the session, Ms. Aramsri Rupan, is a recognized expert in trade competition with extensive experience throughout her career. Her expertise spans several roles related to trade competition, with her most notable position being the former Commissioner of the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT).


The training session aimed to provide the participants with a brief overview of trade competition restrictions in Thailand, as it included various topics such as unfair trade practices and penalties for violations of Trade Competition Act B.E. 2560.


Packed with useful and practical knowledge, the training session also included case studies regarding practices that could possibly lead to violations of trade competition law, allowing the participants to avoid such practices.


To conclude, the session provided beneficial knowledge on certain topics regarding trade competition restrictions, resulting in a better understanding of trade competition restrictions in Thailand.
