It was our pleasure to represent Sino-Pacific Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in connection with its investment in the series A fund raising of Kad Kokoa Co., a Thai reputed chocolate manufacturing company. Kad Koa is a pioneer in bringing original Thai cacao variations to life by promoting Thai cacao beans and establishing a new Thai chocolate culture, with the goal of improving its sustainability.
Sino-Pacific Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is Thailand's largest importer of food and confectionary goods. Its principal products are confectionery, cookies, beverages, and other industrial goods. The company's product line currently includes over 70 distinct brands from throughout the world.
The transaction is overseen by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founder Partner), Viparvee Chaemchaeng (Associate), and Pasinee Jiravitawat (Associate).
