SRPP is pleased to have represented Khun Amonrut Ammartthanakul, founder and majority shareholder of 4U2 Co Co., Ltd., in connection with negotiations for a potential strategic investment from Karmarts Public Company Limited.
4U2 Co Co., Ltd. is a leading Thai cosmetics company known for its affordable, trendy, and skin-friendly makeup products. 4U2 is widely recognized for its vibrant brand identity and strong retail presence across Thailand. The brand offers a wide range of products including lipsticks, blushes, foundations, eyeliners, and skincare items, often marketed with playful and youthful packaging. It has gained popularity among Thai celebrities and influencers, contributing to its viral success in the local beauty market.
Karmarts Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the manufacturing, packaging, import, and distribution of cosmetics and consumer products.Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Bangkok, Karmarts operates under several well-known brands including Cathy Doll, Baby Bright, Boya, Jejuvita, and Reunrom.
The objective of this investment is to create a strategic partnership between Karmarts and 4U2. Both companies will collaborate on product development, procurement, marketing, and distribution, using their combined strengths to support the continued growth of 4U2 Co Co., Ltd. This marked a key milestone for 4U2 as it explored new opportunities for expansion and partnership while ensuring the founder's interests were safeguarded.
The transaction demonstrates SRPP’s capacity to navigate high intensity negotiations in fast-moving consumer industries.
