SRPP Advises Kiatnakin Phatra Bank and TMBThanachart Bank on the Credit Facilities for development of NUE EPIC Asoke–Rama 9 Project

SRPP is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited and TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited, two leading financial institutions in Thailand, in connection with credit facilities granted to Vertical Phra Ram 9 Alliance 1 Company Limited (the “Borrower”).


The Borrower is a joint venture between Noble Development Public Company Limited (“Noble”), one of Thailand’s prominent residential property developers recognized for its strong presence in high-rise condominium projects in prime urban locations, and STECON Group Public Company Limited (“STECON”), a leading construction and infrastructure group in Thailand with extensive experience in large-scale and technically complex projects.


The facilities will support the development of the “NUE EPIC Asoke–Rama 9” project.


The deal was led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner), with support from Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong (Counsel), Viparvee Chaemchaeng (Senior Associate), and Tanapol Kittikunchaiporn (Associate).
