Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our Founding Partner, and Krisakorn Thongprasert, our Associate, were invited as guest speakers at the New Business and Spinoff Ready Program (M&A Readiness Program) hosted by Mercer Academy.
During the session, Panuwat shared his professional experience and expertise through a presentation titled “Legal Perspective - Labour Considerations in Mergers & Acquisitions.” His session provided participants with valuable insights into the legal and labor aspects of M&A transactions, helping business leaders better understand key challenges and considerations related to workforce transitions during mergers and spinoffs.
The session was very well received and inspired participants to strengthen their strategic thinking and legal awareness in the M&A context.
