SRPP is proud to have acted as legal advisor to Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev), Southeast Asia’s leading beverage producer and distributor and the largest in Thailand, in connection with a THB 5,000 million Sustainability Linked Term Loan Facility granted by a major Thai commercial bank in Thailand.
ThaiBev operates across four key segments: spirits, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food. Its expansive operations include 19 distilleries, 3 breweries, 20 non-alcoholic beverage production facilities, and a distribution network that reaches over 500,000 points of sale throughout Thailand.
SRPP provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including revising the facility agreement, negotiation, and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
