SRPP facilitated the purchase of land on Koh Phangan, Surat Thani Province, for a Top 50 SET company.

Our team performed legal due diligence on the Koh Phangan real estate in question, checking things like land titles and lease agreements, access to public roads, zoning restrictions, and corporate and litigation searches pertaining to the land's owner/seller. Our team helped our client in Koh Phangan and Surat Thani Province by doing physical land searches and consulting with relevant local officials. We also led the communication with the client's team and the land agent to faciliate the transaction.
