SRPP Ltd., represented Global Power Synergy Plc. ("GPSC") and its subsidiary, GPSC Treasury Center Company Limited (“GPSC TC”), for the refinancing facilities of GPSC and Glow Energy Plc from the loans granted by GPSC TC. This is financial restructuring within the group whereby GPSC TC obtained financial support each of Mizuho Bank, Bangkok Branch and Singapore Branch, Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bangkok Branch.
The refinancing transactions as well as the new financings granted to GPSC TC are led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner) and Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong (Associate).
