We are thrilled to announce that Passawan and Panuwat, our founding partners, participated in the “Facilitator Day 2/2024” event organized by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD).
The event focused on “Becoming Strategic Self-Awareness and Purpose-Driven Facilitators,” which involves a refined form of self-knowledge that encompasses understanding one's strengths and limitations, as well as how these traits are perceived by others in competitive contexts. This concept emphasizes that self-awareness goes beyond simple introspection; it involves recognizing how one's behaviors and characteristics influence interactions and reputations in various environments. The training was conducted by Dr. Nattavut Kulnides, a renowned coach and visionary leader.
The training took place on December 4, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Thai IOD Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, CMA, Building 2, NorthPark. The venue provided an exceptional atmosphere for learning and collaboration.
We are eager to apply the knowledge and strategies gained to deliver greater value to our clients and contribute to the broader community. The event also provided invaluable opportunities to network, collaborate, and grow alongside a vibrant community of professionals.
