On June 8, 2026, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner and a leading legal specialist, was invited to serve as a speaker for a session on "Legal Obligations and Duties for Directors," part of an In-house Program organized by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD) for the senior management team of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), the flagship power and utilities innovation company of PTT Group and one of Thailand's leading power producers.
Designed for CEOs and C-suite executives, the program covers the duties and responsibilities of directors and executives, director liability and risk mitigation, and the implementation of governance frameworks suited to each organization's structure and objectives, so that participants can apply these principles to support sound decision-making and long-term, sustainable management of their businesses.
