SRPP Ltd. represented Univenture Capital One Company Limited in the acquisition of 60% shares in Patana Intercool Co., Ltd, Asia's top commercial refrigerator and manufacture
SRPP Ltd. represented Univenture Capital One Company Limited (“UVCAP1”), a subsidiary company which is 100 % held by the Univentures Public Company Limited (“UV”), in the acquisition of 60% shares in Patana Intercool Co., Ltd. (“PIC”), a manufacturer of commercial refrigerators for various businesses and industries with a vast experience of more than 30 years, at a purchase price 560 million Baht and in a land acquisition by PIC at a price of not exceeding 220 million Baht. The land acquisition is considered as a part of the shares acquisition transaction.
The transaction is led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natira Siripun (Counsel), Viparvee Chaemchaeng (Associate) and Pakjira Promkasetrin (Associate).
