Restructuring of Crown Property Bureau Lease for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Four Seasons Private Residence and Capella Bangkok
SRPP advised Country Group Development Public Company Limited (CGD) in relation to the restructuring of the lease of the 33 Rai land by Chao Phraya River with the landlord, the Crown Property Bureau (CPB). We helped CGD negotiate with CPB the new lease agreements for the land where Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Four Seasons Private Residence and Capella Bangkok are located. The lease restructure was successfully achieved to prepare for new involvement from Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited (now "Bound and Beyond") and financing from financial institutions.
SRPP has tremendous experiences in dealing with the complex lease structure especially with the landlord like CPB.
