The refinancing transaction including other financing transactions of the group companies occur following the acquisition by BAFS Clean Energy Corporation Co., Ltd. of 7 power plants (developed by ATC Enviro Company Limited (ATCE), Maeramat Solar Company Limited (MRS)and P.P. Solar (Nong-no) Company Limited (PPS)), from Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited.
SRPP Ltd., advised ATCE, MRS and PPS in relation to the refinancing facility of ATCE granted by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and TMBThanachart BANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (TTB) for its solar farm businesses in Thailand. The financing combine three transactions : (i) refinancing of ATCE, (ii) restatement of credit facility granted by KBANK to MRS having TTB as a new lender and (iii) various security documents and finance documents for pooling of assets of PPS to secure both loans of ATCE and MRS.
The transactions are led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner), Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong, (Associate) and Patchara Hotriem (Associate).
