We are delighted to announce that our SRPP has been awarded the Thailand Law Firm Awards 2024 by the Asia Business Law Journal for private equity & venture capital practices. We are thankful for the recognition by the Asia Business Law Journal and for the support from our clients and employees.


SRPP is an independent law firm in Thailand established in 2019, and managed by founding partners Passawan Navanithikul and Panuwat Chalongkuamdee. Over the years, it has been recognised for its achievement in practice areas including banking and finance as well as corporate and M&A. The Bangkok-based firm has a team of lawyers with experience dealing with matters and corporations in the private equity and venture capital space.
