SRPP advised BAFS Clean Energy Corporation Company Limited in relation to the investment in 13 MW COD solar plants at Nanao Power Plant, Ishikawa and Nogata Power Plant, Fukuoka in Japan under the GK-TK structure by acquiring 99.99% of the shares in PDI Energy Company Limited from Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited totaling 768 million baht.
The supported power sales price in Nanao Power Plant, Ishikawa is a feed-in tariff of 32 yen per kWh, and in Nogata Power Plant, Fukuoka is a feed-in tariff of 36 yen per kWh.
The transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (founding partner) and Thosaphol Thurongkinanonth (Associate) and Thannawat Apitukkakul (Associate).
