SRPP acted as the lead sell-side legal advisor to Lombard Asia, a reputable private equity firm, and Cobra International Company Limited, a Thailand-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality composite products, in the successful divestment of their majority stake in Cobra Advanced Composites Company Limited (CAC) to Thai Summit Group.
Cobra Advanced Composites Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based company specializing in the design, prototyping, and serial production of high-end composite components, primarily for the automotive and motorbike industries.
This landmark transaction provides Thai Summit Group with advanced carbon fiber manufacturing capabilities and strategic access to Europe’s high-performance automotive market. For the sellers, it represents a well-executed strategic exit aligned with their investment objectives.
SRPP provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, from structuring and legal due diligence to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved.
