SRPP represents an investor as a lead counsel on its investment in DRJL Group Ltd, a renowned cosmetic brand manufacturer and distributor under the brand "Dr. Jill". Dr. Jill is the number 1 serum in Thailand, guaranteed with sales and many awards. Recently, Dr.Jill is the only Thai skincare brand that it was ranked as one of the top 10 brands in the Quality Poll, which surveyed more than 100 skincare brands with consumers across the country.

The transaction involves complex joint venture, organization restructuring and offshore financing structure. The total size of the transaction is total value of THB 2.38 billion (approximately USD 72.88 million).

The transaction is led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natira Siripun (Senior Associate) and Thannawat Apitukkakul (Associate).
