JD Sports Fashion (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates a sports retail business in Thailand, offering a range of international sportswear and lifestyle brands through its retail network.

CRC Sports Co., Ltd. is a leading sports retail and distribution company in Thailand and forms part of the Central Retail Corporation group. The company operates and manages a wide range of sports brands and retail stores, offering sporting goods, apparel, and lifestyle products to consumers across Thailand through both physical stores and online platforms.

SRPP acted as legal counsel to CRC Sports Co., Ltd. in connection with the transaction.
