On June 19, 20 and 23, 2023, Passawan Navanithikul our founding partner, together with our senior associate, Ms. Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong, and associate, Ms. Viparvee Chaemchaeng, had the privilege of sharing their invaluable expertise on "Syndicated Loan" at a prestigious seminar hosted by the esteemed Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center (CONC Thammasat) and Government Savings Bank (GSB).
The comprehensive course delved into the essential principles of syndicated loans, meticulously examining crucial documentation and the attendant responsibilities and liabilities of the agent bank. It provided a platform for in-depth discussions and valuable insights, proving to be a truly productive and enriching experience for all participants. Our team speakers are praised by the attendees for giving a useful guide and practical advice throughout the 3 days course.
