On November 24, 2025, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner was invited to deliver a lecture on session titled “Directors' Legal Liabilities” which is one of the modules in the Director Certification Program (DCP 395) at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin.
Organised by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD), the Director Certification Program (DCP) is an effective and fruitful program for various people especially executives, board members, and business owners. Designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of legal, financial, and corporate governance, the program offers a comprehensive overview of directors' legal duties, fiduciary responsibilities, and potential liabilities arising from corporate decision-making and governance practices. Participants can utilise the knowledge from the program to ensure that their businesses will thrive without any legal risk arising.
