Panuwat delivered a lecture in a session of the Director Certification Program (DCP 393) at the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD)

On September 22, 2025, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner and a leading legal specialist, was invited to deliver a lecture session on the important topic of “Directors' Legal Liabilities,” which is one of the modules in the Director Certification Program (DCP 393), an effective program held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD). The session was conducted in English at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin Hotel.

The Director Certification Program (DCP) offers a complete package of director knowledge, as it consists of a wide variety of sectors such as legal liabilities, financial evaluation, and strategic direction, so the program does not only benefit newly appointed directors, but the directors whose companies are planning to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) can also gain a competitive advantage from the program. Participants can utilize the knowledge from the program to ensure that their businesses are run with ease and comply with laws and regulations.
