On September 9, 2025, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner and a leading legal specialist, was invited to deliver a lecture session on the important topic of “Directors' Legal Liabilities” which is one of the modules in the Director Certification Program (DCP 392), an effective program held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD).
The Director Certification Program (DCP) offers a complete package of director knowledge as it consists of a wide variety of sectors such as legal liabilities, financial evaluation, strategic direction, so the program does not only benefit newly appointed directors, but the directors whose companies planning to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) can also gain a competitive advantage from the program. Participants can utilize the knowledge from the program to ensure that their businesses are run with ease and complied with laws and regulations.
