On Thursday, October 6, 2022, Mr. Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, and Ms. Natira Siripun, our counsel, delivered their insights on "Company Laws and Corporate Governance" at a seminar held by Omega World Class (OWC) at the Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri. The all-day conference covered fundamental principles of corporate law and business governance, including legal risks and directors' authorities, duties and liabilities. Chief financial officers, senior directors, directing managers, senior managers, and company secretaries of leading companies in Thailand and the area participated the seminar both online and in person.
Omega World Class is a research institute based in Bangkok. It has established a variety of seminars and webinars to provide corporate executives with expert knowledge and professional insights.
