SRPP advised Vimarn Suriya Company Limited, a joint venture between Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and Central Pattana Public Company Limited on the EPC Contract in relation to the 46 billion-baht Dusit Central Park Mixed-Use Project with Ritta, a leading construction engineering company, which and has been confided highly by the real-estate megaproject development in the private sector.
"Dusit Central Park" comprises hotel, residences, offices and department stores, occupying an area of 23 rais on the corner of Silom and Rama IV, opposite of Lumpini Park, Bangkok’s top notch and most sought-after prime area.
SRPP was responsible for drafting and negotiating the EPC contract on behalf of Vimarn Suriya until execution in September 2021.
The transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (founding partner) and Thosaphol Thurongkinanonth (Associate) and Viparvee Chaemchaeng (Associate).
