SRPP acted as the legal counsel for Wice Logistics Public Company Limited ("WICE") in the spin-off of its subsidiary, Euroasia Total Logistics Public Company Limited ("ETL"), a leading cross-border transportation service provider in China and Southeast Asia. SRPP assisted Wice and ETL with the corporate reorganization, the merger and acquisition transactions, and the preparation for the initial public offering of ETL on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the 'Transportation and Logistic' category, which occurred on November 1, 2023. ETL issued 171.86 million new shares, or 27.72 percent of its total equity and offered at THB 1.68 per share in its initial public offering.
ETL provides comprehensive and efficient cross-border logistics solutions, covering Thailand and several neighboring countries, as well as connecting with Hong Kong and China through its extensive network of road and rail transportation.
The listing of ETL shares on the SET will improve the company's competitive advantage and financial performance. The proceeds from the IPO will be used for investing in the transportation management system, acquiring vehicles, increasing working capital, and repaying bank loans.
The transaction led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (Founding Partner), Natthanun Suksomboon (Associate), Pasinee Jiravitawat (Associate), Thunyaporn Pattarapipatkul (Associate), and Rung Rudeenorawate (Associate).
