SRPP Advised Resonance Industrial Water Infrastructure Fund in relation to a joint venture with Seven Utilities and Power Public Company Limited to invest in Sam Water Supply Company Limited to conduct water treatment business with ultrafiltration and ozone generator for Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF).
The transaction was led by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, Aimsarin Jirasatapananon, Chalida Siriyakorn and Nichapat Pongchamroen.
