SRPP’s Partners were invited to speak at Global Renewable Power Company Limited (GRP)

Panuwat Chalongkuamdee shared his knowledge and insights on the “Fundamentals of Mergers and Acquisitions”, with an emphasis on "Key strategic difficulties encountered when negotiating a Merger & Partnership transaction" while Passawan Navanithikul talked on the “Practical Guide to Acquisition Finance” at the same training.


The training was organized by Global Renewable Power Company Limited (GRP), a joint venture between PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) and held at Synergy Hall 1, Energy Complex Building C on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
