SRPP recently hosted an exclusive seminar titled “M&A Unplugged: Valuation Concepts That Shape M&A Contracts” at our Bangkok office on February 24, 2026, bringing together clients and professionals for an engaging discussion on key valuation considerations in M&A transactions.
SRPP was honored to welcome Mr. Christopher S.H. Yeoh, Managing Director of Venator Limited and Ex-Head of Investment Banking at JP Morgan Thailand, as the distinguished guest speaker.
