SRPP Founding Partner Panuwat Chalongkuamdee Speaks at Hong Kong Legal Training Event for Chinese Enterprises

SRPP is pleased to share that our founding partner, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, was invited to speak at the “Legal Practical Training Course for Chinese Enterprises Going Overseas” hosted by the Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Office, Department of Justice, Hong Kong SAR, between October 19 - 25, 2025.

As a distinguished panelist, Panuwat contributed to the session under the theme “Thailand – Bridging China and ASEAN for Global Expansion.” He provided valuable insights into key legal considerations in Thailand that are particularly relevant to Chinese State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), helping to deepen understanding and promote legal collaboration across the region.
