SRPP advised Thai Beverage Public Company Limited on JPY 66 Billion Senior Unsecured Sustainability-Linked Term Loan Facility

SRPP is pleased to announce its role as legal advisor to Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev) in connection with a JPY 66,000,000,000 Senior Unsecured Term Loan Facility Agreement.
The facility was extended by two major Japanese banks in Singapore representing a significant cross-border financing arrangement supporting ThaiBev’s ongoing business objectives.
SRPP provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including drafting and negotiating the facility agreement and advising on all related Thai law aspects. Following the initial closing, SRPP continued to support ThaiBev by preparing and negotiating the second and third amendments to the facility agreement, ensuring the financing structure remained aligned with commercial objectives and compliant with applicable Thai legal requirements.
This matter highlights SRPP’s extensive experience in handling high-value cross-border financings and complex facility amendments for leading regional corporates.
The transaction was led by Passawan Navanithikul (Founding Partner) and Sireedhorn Kittiphumwong (Counsel), with key support from Bhornbhatr Srinopnikom (Associate) and Poondarik Tayawitit (Associate).
