Passawan delivered a lecture in a session of the Company Secretary Program (CSP 159) at the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD)

On July 3, 2025, Passawan Navanithikul, our founding partner and a leading legal specialist, was invited to lecture on an interesting topic of “Legal responsibilities of directors and company secretaries” which is a session of the beneficial course titled "Company Secretary Program (CSP 159)," held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD).

Destined to equip its participants with sufficient and practical secretarial knowledge, the session guides them through various topics revolving around certain points such as business laws focusing on duties of directors and executives, and liabilities of directors, executives and secretaries with a case study for a clearer picture of such complex topics. The session enhances the efficiency of secretaries, allowing them to fully support their directors and executives.

Being a part of the event was a privilege of considerable magnitude, as Passawan is deeply grateful for the Thai Institute of Directors Association, the organizer of the event, for inviting her to such a prestigious session.
