We are thrilled to announce that Passawan and Panuwat, esteemed partners of SRPP, have participated in the "Facilitator Day 1/2024" event organized by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD). This event was a significant milestone in our commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing our facilitation skills.
The event focused on the "Facilitation Skills Training Program," an English-language course designed to equip leaders with the essential skills needed to guide and inspire groups effectively. The training was conducted by the renowned Mr. Ragil Ratnam, M.Soc.Sci (Clinical Psychology), Visiting Professor Sasin MBA and Head of Business Development at Sasin Executive Education. His extensive expertise in psychology and leadership development provided invaluable insights and strategies that we are eager to implement.
The training took place on August 2, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Victor Club @ FYI Center, 2nd Floor, Victor Rooms 3–4. The venue provided an excellent atmosphere for learning and interaction, allowing participants to engage deeply with the material and with each other.
Passawan and Panuwat expressed their enthusiasm about the event, highlighting the importance of continuous learning in the ever-evolving landscape of business and leadership. They are excited to bring back the knowledge and techniques acquired to benefit our clients and the community we serve.
