On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, was once again invited to share his insights with the 21st cohort of Master of Accounting students in the AC701 course, “Accounting Implications for Business Integration,” at Thammasat University. His continued involvement—now for the seventh consecutive year—highlights his long-standing commitment to fostering future business leaders.
This year, Panuwat’s lecture explored the critical roles of legal due diligence and legal documentation in deals and closing, topics at the heart of modern business integration. Through real case examples and his wealth of transactional experience, he guided students on how to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering perspectives that are both practical and globally relevant.
The session sparked engaging discussions, with students noting how his lecture not only expanded their academic understanding but also provided tools to make more informed and strategic business decisions in their future careers.
