Panuwat was invited to lecture at Omega World Class’s Seminar

On Friday, August 19, 2022, it was an honor for Mr. Panuwat Chalongkuamdee to be invited to share his experiences and knowledge at the seminar “Business Contract Strategies & Risks” held at Courtyard Marriott Bangkok Hotel by the research institute ‘OMEGAWORLDCLASS’. His session talk focused on “Merger & Acquisition Agreements: Effectively drafting & managing merger & acquisition agreements” which concerned various significant issues in M&A transactions, e.g., legal framework governing M&A transactions, effective techniques for structuring M&A transactions, and strategic management process of contract drafting activities.

OMEGAWORLDCLASS is an independent research institute based in Bangkok. By organizing business-related conferences and seminars, it aims to support corporate leaders and executives across nation to obtain business excellence, insight, and foresight.
