Taking place on Friday, April 25, 2025, the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) held an informative and practical course titled “Corporate Governance for Executives (CGE)”, to which Panuwat Chalongkuamdee, our founding partner, was invited to participate as a speaker of a session on the topic of Executives and Legal Risk Management.

This CGE program, currently in its 25th batch, is specifically designed for Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and C-Suite executives. The program aims to enhance participants’ understanding of corporate governance principles, enabling them to apply such principles effectively in managing their organizations. It also focuses on aligning governance frameworks with each organization’s structure and successfully translating corporate-level policies into operational-level implementation.
