Panuwat was asked to present his experience in art and science of M&A in the Omega World Class at "M&A in Action: Legal, Financial, and Pricing in Mergers and Acquisitions" conference.

On Thursday, July 7th, 2022, the Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri hosted an Omega World Class seminar titled "M&A in Action: Legal, Financial, and Pricing in Mergers and Acquisitions." Omega World Class is a major training organization in Thailand. For the subject "Proven Legal Strategies to Structure a Successful M&A Process: Key Legal Steps to Success," experts from SRPP, headed by Panuwat Chalongkuamdee (founding partner), were invited as guest presenters.

Receiving an invitation from Omega World Class was an honor.
